“Kristal” presented its sustainable urban development concept at the WUF13 international forum.

Known for its high-quality and innovative projects in the construction and real estate sector, “Kristal” participated in the World Urban Forum 13 (WUF13), held in Baku. The company showcased its residential complexes located in various parts of the capital, modern urban planning approaches, and premium living concepts through a dedicated exhibition stand.

The centerpiece of the stand was the model of the “City Garden Narimanov” project. Of the complex’s total area of 21 hectares, 17.3 hectares — the vast majority of the territory — are dedicated to green spaces. “City Garden Narimanov” has been designed to meet most of residents’ daily needs within the complex itself.

The development includes infrastructure such as a school, kindergarten, shopping center, dining facilities, clinic, and fitness center. The complex aims to minimize residents’ reliance on transportation, which is considered an integral part of its environmental contribution to the urban environment.

The project attracted attention with its approach based on sustainable development goals: solar panels are installed on the buildings, rainwater is collected and reused for irrigation purposes, and high-quality insulation systems are applied to minimize heating and cooling costs.

Overall, “Kristal” emphasizes that environmental sustainability lies at the core of all its projects. From the selection of construction materials to the creation of green spaces, environmental protection criteria are taken into account at every stage. Through its participation in WUF13, “Kristal” once again demonstrated the importance it places on sustainable urban development and stated that it will continue contributing to the development of urban environments through innovative and environmentally responsible projects in the future.

As part of the forum, representatives of “Kristal” held meetings with participants, investors, and representatives of international organizations from various countries, discussing potential cooperation opportunities in the fields of urban planning and real estate.
