The memorandum was signed by Davide Zambaiti, Group CEO of "Zambaiti Parati", and Mahayət Nəbiyev, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Kristal.
The document officially confirms the long-standing mutual cooperation between the two organizations.
"Zambaiti Parati" is recognized in the international market as a leading and premium brand in the production of high-quality, Italy-made wallpapers. For many years, the company has stood out as one of the leaders in technology, design, and material quality. Within the framework of the new agreement, "Zambaiti Parati" products will be used in several Kristal projects — "City Garden Narimanov", "Park Yasamal", "Highland Residence", and "Biləcəri" residential complexes.
The memorandum covers projects currently under construction and is mainly focused on interior decoration applied during the finishing stage of apartments and common areas. Under the agreement, Kristal will use "Zambaiti Parati" wallpapers in the design of living rooms, bedrooms, and common-use areas.
"Kristal" and "Zambaiti Parati" plan to continue their cooperation on a broader scale in the future.
