On August 6, 2026, a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at developing cooperation was signed between “Kristal”, one of Azerbaijan’s leading construction companies, and “Hansgrohe”, one of the world’s renowned brands in premium sanitary ware and bathroom solutions.
The Memorandum was signed by Mahayat Nabiyev, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of “Kristal”, and Hans Jürgen Kalmbach, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of “Hansgrohe SE”.
The agreement is aimed at expanding cooperation between the parties on construction and interior projects to be implemented in Azerbaijan. Within the framework of the Memorandum, the parties plan to explore opportunities for joint activities related to the implementation of innovative solutions in future projects, product selection and technical support, coordination of design and planning processes, as well as approaches based on sustainability and energy efficiency.
The signed Memorandum represents an important step toward the development of the strategic partnership between “Kristal” and “Hansgrohe”, while also aiming to contribute to the integration of international expertise into modern construction projects implemented in Azerbaijan and to the further enhancement of quality standards.
