A memorandum has been signed between Kristal and HARO.

Operating in the construction and real estate sector, Kristal has signed a memorandum of cooperation with HARO, one of Germany’s TOP premium parquet and laminate manufacturers.

Within the framework of the meeting, the parties reached an agreement covering the supply of laminate and parquet flooring for Kristal’s urban development projects. The memorandum was signed by Mahayat Nabiyev, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Kristal, and Gerold Schmidt, Chief Executive Officer of HARO.

According to the agreement, the cooperation covers projects currently in the renovation phase. Under the framework agreement, premium laminate and parquet products to be supplied will be used in Kristal’s “City Garden Narimanov,” “Park Yasamal,” and “Highland Residence” projects. The premium flooring products supplied by HARO will be installed as apartment floor coverings, contributing to the further enhancement of quality standards within the projects.

This cooperation will contribute to establishing a sustainable and systematic approach to the supply of construction materials, as well as enabling the use of products that meet international quality standards in local projects.
