On April 10, during the second “Sustainable Construction Summit,” the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of "Kristal", Mahayət Nəbiyev, was awarded the GPM360 (Green Project Management) certificate.
This international recognition of the "City Garden Narimanov" project is a testament to its outstanding performance in social, environmental, and economic aspects, as well as its strict adherence to sustainability criteria.

GPM360 is a global certification process that assesses the application of sustainability principles in project management and evaluates compliance with sustainable development goals based on the P5 standard (Product, Process, People, Planet, and Prosperity).
The evaluation covers not only the project’s technical and financial metrics, but also its contributions to human rights, environmental protection, social responsibility, and long-term well-being.

During the assessment phase, the "City Garden Narimanov" project successfully submitted all required documents and data to GPM360 and stood out with comprehensive reports on its social, environmental, and economic impacts.

This success once again highlights Kristal's strategic commitment not only to construction but also to sustainable development.
Receiving the GPM360 award demonstrates the project’s alignment with international standards and reinforces its leading position in the field of sustainable construction in Azerbaijan.

It’s worth mentioning that “City Garden Narimanov” had previously received the prestigious International Property Awards.

The application, preparation, and acquisition of the GPM360 certification for the “City Garden Narimanov” project was supported by PMO.az.
