Specializing in accounting and economics, Mahayat Nabiyev has gained extensive professional experience by working in various management and financial structures since 1980. In 2003, he founded “Kristal” and has led the company’s strategic development, transforming it into one of the leading construction brands in the country.

The projects implemented under his leadership have made significant contributions to the development of architecture and the urban environment in Azerbaijan. In 2019, he was awarded the 3rd Degree “Labor” Order by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
